The Condor II hydration backpack (#0512) is the second generation of our military assault daypack, designed with everyday use in mind while maintaining its rugged construction for battlefield environments. With a square with rounded top design, the Condor II offers a storage capacity of over 1950 cu. in. One Y-shaped top strap and four quick-release lateral compression straps secure the contents and relieve pressure from the durable YKK #10 zippers. The wide shoulder straps feature high breathability backing, providing excellent cooling. As with all Maxpedition backpacks, the Condor-II can be expanded by attaching additional MAXPEDITION modular pockets to its front or side PALS attachment points using TacTie. Our hydration compartment is compatible with most aftermarket hydration systems, although we recommend Camelbak reservoirs.

Here are ten major improvements that distinguish the new Condor-II (#0512) from the original Condor (#0502): 1. Addition of 6 rows of PALS webbing per side for full MOLLE compatibility. 2. Addition of 2 rows of PALS webbing on the top front pocket for full MOLLE/ALICE compatibility. 3. Addition of 2 rows of PALS webbing on the lower front pocket for full MOLLE/ALICE compatibility. 4. Addition of 2 quick-release compression straps per side. 5. Addition of an internal silent keyper in the lower front pocket. 6. Improved hydration system pocket with a zipper opening, reservoir hang-tab, and a velcro bi-directional drink tube port. 7. Increased capacity of the hydration pocket from 72oz to 100oz, providing greater comfort and ergonomics. 8. The hydration pocket can accommodate a concealed firearm using our Hook & Loop Modular Accessories (e.g., #3501 Universal Modular Holster, sold separately). 9. Organizer in the lower front pocket. 10. High abrasion-resistance bottom.

The overall dimensions of the Condor II are 14.5" (L) x 9.5" (W) x 16" (H), with a volume of 1400 cu.in./23L and a weight of 3.0 pounds. It is equipped with a 3D breathable mesh padded back and ergonomic shoulder straps for a comfortable carry. The backpack also features exterior PALS webbing for attaching MOLLE compatible accessories and a lockable rear CCW compartment that can fit large pistols. Additionally, it has a reservoir with a bi-directional tube port (not included) that fits a 100oz/3L hydration bladder.
